Automations
Some operations can use automations, subject to plan, permissions and configuration. The existing automations area relates to equipment-rental operations.
When available in your workspace, review the automations and their status before changing a rule. Check actions and recipients carefully: an active automation may initiate communications or other tasks.
If you cannot find the option, check availability with your administrator or support. Do not assume an automation is active merely because it is included in the plan.
