Intake forms
An intake form collects information supplied by the client. Availability and access depend on the user's role and the workspace configuration.
- Open the person in Clientes and find the Ficha de anamnese (intake form) options.
- Enter only the information needed and check it before saving.
- When offered, follow the signature request and form status.
Health information is sensitive: limit access to authorised people. A Tua Gestão supports business operations and does not replace clinical software.
