First sign-in

The subscription owner and other users may enter through different routes.

Business owner​

  1. Sign in to your A Tua Gestão account dashboard with the authorised email.
  2. Once the workspace is ready and access is enabled, select Abrir o meu espaço (open my workspace).
  3. Check that the workspace menu appears.

Team members and clients​

Use the workspace address provided by the business and sign in with your authorised account, or accept the invitation you received. Clients can follow the client portal guide.

If the menu or an option is missing, check that you used the correct account. Access depends on the role and plan; the business administrator or support team can help.
