Alumni community and mentoring

These advanced areas may be available on the Studio plan, depending on your workspace version and permissions. They let you find alumni, view events and request guidance from an available mentor.

Open the areas​

Sign in to your workspace. If the options do not appear in the menu, add one of these paths to your workspace address:

  • /dashboard/ex-alunos for Comunidade de ex-alunos (alumni community);
  • /dashboard/eventos-ex-alunos for Eventos da comunidade (community events);
  • /dashboard/mentoria for Programa de mentoria (mentoring programme).

Use the same domain where you signed in, followed by the path. If you cannot open an area, check your plan and access with your administrator or support.

Find people or events​

In Comunidade de ex-alunos, search by name, area or company and, if useful, filter by location or mentoring availability. In Eventos da comunidade, review the details and select Inscrever-se (register) when an event is available.

Request mentoring​

  1. In Programa de mentoria, choose Pedir mentoria (request mentoring).
  2. Select an available mentor, enter focus areas, and choose the communication preference and frequency.
  3. Add notes if you wish and select Enviar pedido (send request).
  4. Follow the status under As minhas mentorias (my mentoring). If no mentors are available, contact the person responsible for training.
