Refund a payment
A refund can return money to a client. The option depends on the payment method, status and your permissions.
- Open Pagamentos and find the correct transaction.
- If Reembolsar (refund) is available, open it and choose Reembolso total (full refund) or Reembolso parcial (partial refund).
- Check the amount and information shown before confirming.
- Review the details and status to follow the outcome.
Do not repeat an operation whose outcome is uncertain. If the status is unclear, consult the payment provider or contact support.
