Email and notifications
Email can be used for messages such as confirmations and reminders, depending on the plan and configuration. The Email menu, when available to your role, lets you review channel information.
Check records and displayed statuses when investigating a message. Confirm the recipient's address and configuration before trying again. Sent, delivered and read are different statuses; not every provider supplies all of them.
Before sending communications, review the recipients, content and applicable preferences.
